Situated around a scenic lake with a variety of water amenities and activities including a tropical resort pool with a lazy river, two waterslides, and a children’s splash pad. Relax in the spa or sunbathe on the terrace and sand beach areas. Fishing, canoe, and kayak rentals are available at the community dock. Don’t forget to get in a game of mini-golf, volleyball or basketball.

The space

The open-concept floor allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching your favorite show on one of the flat screens or enjoying family time!

• OUTDOOR: Private lanai w/ pool, outdoor seating. Optional pool heat is available at $75.00 per day.
• INDOOR LIVING: 5 Smart TVs w/ cable, modern furnishings, dining table, breakfast bar, hair dryers, Iron, etc.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped, with stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, paper towels/trash bags, full knife set, toaster, blender, and kettle.
• Bedroom 1: King Bed, flat screen tv.
• Bedroom 2: 1 Twin bed, 1 Full bunk bed/ twin, and flat screen tv. (Minions room )
• Bedroom 3: 2 Full beds, Toy Story Room (upstairs)
• Bedroom 4: Mickey room, 2 full beds flat screen tv.
  Master Room: King bed
• GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, hair dryer, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and common areas, iron/board, complimentary toiletries, laundry detergent, and keyless entry.
• THE RESORT: Pool, hot tub, children’s water park, mini golf, fitness center, volleyball court, Basketball Course, playground.
• The Clubhouse features a lazy river pool, splash park, resort-style swimming pool, a tiki bar with a myriad of cold drinks and delicious snacks, and more.
  Pretty much everything you could want in your home away from home!

As CVHO Management Company looks after this property 365 days a year, any technical or other issue is usually prevented before it even gets a chance to develop. Guest access
We do self-check-in, and you will get in only with codes, also we have a security gate at the entrance. Scan your QR code received through email or text message.

Door codes are provided on the day of your booking after 1:00 pm.

Club House access:
go to the main office of the Clubhouse and they will provide you access to the amenities.
Other things to note

• – The private pool heater is NOT included with your stay.  
• – There is a separate fee of $35 per day for the pool heater to be turned on and It is required to reserve for the number of nights of your entire stay. Must be requested with 2 days advance notice. Please note that the pool may take up to 24 hours. No refunds if the water does not warm up as you wish.

• BBQ is $60 extra service.

• Trash Removal Services are 7 days per week. Please have trash in a container by 7:00 AM Daily. Place any excess bags next to the container. All containers and/or bags must remain at the house, not at the curb
• The valet will not service anything left at the curb.
• All trash must be bagged and tied in a 13-gallon kitchen
• Bags and cannot weigh more than 30 lbs. Grocery bags are not allowed. Loose trash will not be picked up.
• NO Liquids are allowed, please empty all containers and bags properly.
• All large and medium size cardboard boxes must be flattened and small boxes must be bagged.
