Windsor at Westside Resort is located on West-side Blvd just of Us 192 easy access to the major highways and very close to the attraction Parks.

This spacious vacation home features 5 bedrooms with plenty of room and privacy for everyone with accommodation for 12 guests.

A contemporary two story Townhouse , the main level consists of a bedroom with Queen size bed, a full bathroom with a glass door for a warm shower.

A full equipped gourmet kitchen where you can cook delicious meals for family and friends while your guest can enjoy view to a private pool sitting and relax on a dining room and living room open space.

On the main level guest can enjoy their favorite movies with family memorable time.

On the Upper level guest can enjoy the Loft equipped with a game table. Also on the upper level you find the Master bedroom with beautiful glass door enclosed shower. Along the hallway there is three bedrooms. Spacious Master Bedroom with King size bedroom, a Queen size beds and a two Disney theme bedrooms: a Star Wars Bedroom with a Bunk Full Trundle Bed and a Mickey Mouse bedroom with a Bunk Full trundle Bed and full bathroom and also washer /dryer.

Gated Community.
To check in your vehicle proceed to the gate for self-registration, gate it will lift, if you need to speak with the attendant press the call button. All the vehicle MUST check in, tailgate is prohibited and subject to a fine.

Other things to note

– The private pool heater is NOT included with your stay. 

– There is a separate fee of $35 per day for the pool heater to be turned on and It is required to reserve for the number of nights of your entire stay. Must be requested with 2 days advance notice. Please note that the pool may take up to 24 hours. No refunds if the water does not warm up as you wish.

The BBQ is an extra service $60

Trash Removal Services are 7 days per week.

Please have trash in container by 7:00 AM Daily.

Place any excess bags next to container.

All containers and/or bags must remain at house not at curb

Valet will not service anything left at the curb.

All trash must be bagged and tied in 13 gallon kitchen. 

Bags and cannot weigh more than 30lbs. Grocery bags are not allowed. Loose trash will not be picked up.

NO Liquids are allowed, please empty all containers and bag properly.

All large and medium size cardboard boxes must be flattened and small boxes must be bagged.
