Just off the living room is your complete and fully-equipped modern kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and a center island/bar. Sliding doors open from the living area to a deck and the pool. An inviting deck surrounding the pool provides an atmosphere for peaceful conversation and relaxation after a day of sightseeing. Equipped with central air-conditioning system, flat-screen TVs, security system, and fully-equipped kitchen. This elegant Townhouse is a destination for those expecting a special and exclusive holiday with the warm atmosphere of your own home!

The Clubhouse features a lazy river pool, splash park, resort-style swimming pool, a tiki bar with a myriad of cold drinks and delicious snacks, a volleyball court, and more.

If you are planning an event (birthday party, Anniversary, and others) please get approval with Celebration Vacation Homes before booking; If your event is not accepted and you book the property without prior authorization your reservation will be canceled.

Guest access
Self check-in. Codes will be provided by 1:00 pm on the day of your arrival.

All the guests on this reservation are required to provide full names for Resort Pre Registration.

You will receive a message from the Resort with the QR code for the gate entrance.

Other things to note

The private pool heater is NOT included with your stay.

There is a separate fee of $35 per day for the pool heater to be turned on and It is required to reserve for the number of nights of your entire stay. Must be requested with 2 days advance notice. Please note that the pool may take up to 24 hours. No refunds if the water does not warm up as you wish.

Trash Removal Services are 7 days per week.

Please have trash in the container by 7:00 AM Daily.

Place any excess bags next to the container.

All containers and/or bags must remain at the house, not at the curb

The valet will not service anything left at the curb.

All trash must be bagged and tied in a 13-gallon kitchen

Bags and cannot weigh more than 30 lbs. Grocery bags are not allowed.

Loose trash will not be picked up.

NO Liquids are allowed, please empty all containers and bags properly.

All large and medium size cardboard boxes must be flattened and small boxes must be bagged.
